The German economy is on the rise

The German economy, according to Bundesbank President Jens Weidmann, is on the rise again. Weidman said after the G20 conference in Moscow, that after the weak economy in the winter months in the spring there is a “strong growth”.

In the current quarter, the economy will once again be a bit more moderate. Economic development in the eurozone has stabilized recently, the Bundesbank president added. He expects “further gradual improvement throughout the year.”

Weidmann has signaled that the output of a loose monetary policy in the major economies is not yet imminent. It is clear that the way out of the monetary policy will be linked with international implications.
